I guess it's a chronic problem in peugeots, 307 min windshield grill wick is leaking water to the engine compartment, can we buy a wick and do it ourselves? Or are the masters dealing with this problem glaziers or body shops? What is your recommendation? ?

It would be difficult to say repair or replace without knowing the exact condition of the existing glass wick. Know this...
On the other hand, if only the part that touches the glass is worn, you can buy the glass wick and install it yourself. There are suppositories suitable for this on online sites.

For the last 1 week, the wick on the part where the wipers and the hood end meet, and from the middle part, dripped onto the engine air filter box. I wonder if we are talking about the same place with you.

Paste it with dayson black silicone.

I did exactly that 2 days ago, sir :) actually, I don't want to apply glue all over. I glued it with dyson and fixed it tightly with masking tape for 5 hours. Nothing at the moment, but I guess not in heavy rains anymore.
