In a title, peugeot writes that there is a guarantee of 180 thousand km of trigere. While buying the car, those in the service during the appraisal also said 80-90 thousand.

He said "change it at 120 in the service, I don't think 180 would be too much .."

that my service means more fraudulent. I am thinking of changing it before 100 thousand.

Remember, even if the vehicle is 10000 km, it should change every 5 years.

dice use in the catalog of my vehicle says 180000 classic use 210000 km
no timing is as solid as the factory wears

When we say dice, we don't understand what this means. It means diesel and gasoline are noticeable about timing. I just heard that the turbo will be replaced as well.

I mean hard use but it changes if the turbo fails

There are some turbos between 450-1000 TL on a site. some turbos have 3-4 thousand differences. the cheap ones were from the far east

the original turbo was around 750tl, it has nothing to do with the malfunction.

So what causes problems if we don't change the triary time?

If the timing belt breaks, I guess it would be better to ask what the problem is.

I took the vehicle to the authorized service for the timing replacement. He stated that the parts that need to be changed are as follows;

* timing kit
* recirculation
* alternator belt
* alternator tensioner bearing
* crank pulley
* heat shield
* antifreeze
* timing bottom cover diesel

Including all these parts and labor fee, there was a fee of 1229 lira. How and where can I handle cheaper? I would appreciate if you help. (my car 2004 model Xr 1.4 hdi diesel)

Remove heat shield and antifreeze from the list. Get parts from sponsors at an affordable price and negotiate only for craftsmanship with a pevgeot master. Wink
