307 Temperature indicator

Hello. 2002 Model 307 1.6 XS I use a single door. The fan starts when the engine temperature is 95 degrees. There have been cracks in the exhaust and manifold recently. Of course, we do not know whether it depends on it. Do you think it is normal for the fan to operate after 95 degrees? A few masters said it was normal in the industry, but when some fail to solve it, they say "these are like that".
