307 SW Spare Wheel Control

I just bought my 307 2004 model SW, I want to check the spare wheel I don't know how to lower the spare wheel? Also, how will it be collected upon downloading? I think it is out of the vehicle under the trunk.

I couldn't see the lug wrench in the trunk, only the hitch screw is available, are the bolts healing or something? How should I proceed?
