307 sw Redundant Key Problem

It seems to me like a code error ... should I go to the service or the keymaker ... but not every keymaker can do it ... I guess ...

I suggest you go to the keymaker. Even if the keyholders can't, they describe a keymaker that does it.

As far as I understand, they didn't introduce your backup key to your vehicle. If you go to a service rather than a keymaker, they will perform the introduction process.
