307 sw HELP

Hello guys.
While I was driving on the road for the last 1 week, sounds started coming from the front of the vehicle. When I move the steering wheel to the left and right, the sound is cut. But when I go straight, it starts back after 3 or 4 seconds. Sound like a fine whistle. such a nuisance per head & nbsp; Do you have & nbsp; & nbsp ;?

I have a problem like this, but I can't say the same, because when I turn the steering wheel to the right, there is a ton of hiss coming up at times. I suspect from the steering pump.
