I don't know if it helps, but I have the following technical information in the technical training document about AL4 transmission: If you pay attention to Level 3, there are brake flaps among the listed errors. If there is a malfunction in the brake coupler, its effect is explained by water: "A great deal of failure in the operation of the transmission (gear changes are not effective, functions do not work)" ![]() |

koliva let me love your eyes i am happy with this. Why didn't you give this information before? ![]() I realized that the brake sensor was trying to make the cruise control system, so I changed it. I think if I didn't want to install a cruise control system, I would still be dealing with the difficulties of the transmission. If there is a problem with the others, let's go over it.

Just ask for it. Then we go into the details that did not happen. Level 1 Kickdown command (ECU full throttle) has no effect on the operation of the transmission. Level 2 - At transmission oil temperature - In the engine torque information - At the control of the screen - At the gear lock, Small disruption in the operator, uncomfortable driving, at the 3rd level - At the speed of the vehicle - in the lock-up adjuster electrovalve - In the case of a decrease in torque - at the pressure sensor - at the feed of the sensors - at the brake coupler - heat In the flow regulator electrovalve (EPDE) in the exchanger - lack of throttle position information due to the lack of injector ECU and torque information (lack of gear changes, function not working) Level 4 - engine speed - transmission speed, transmission speed sensor (shifting of gears is not effective, functions are not working or not functioning normally) Level 5 - Throttle potentiometer information - motor torque information - Multi-function switch (loss of reverse gear safety while on the move) - Feeding to analog sensors - In the pressure regulator electrovalve - In the main pressure regulation - The flow regulator electrovalve in the heat exchanger (EPDE) - In the speed input and output - In the speed input and the engine speed - The speed output and engine speed The third vehicle is switched to start the next vehicle. If the vehicle is in 4th gear, this gear is protected and automatically shifts to 3rd gear when starting the next vehicle. This drop event is called a differentiated stop mode. Level 6 - If the ECU is not working - During the electrovalves - During the electrovalve supply - The 3rd hydraulics is switched on when the accelerator pedal position is not programmed. This event is called stop mode. koliva2011-07-14 12:29:45
cem brother says it right. Even these automated manual gears are less than manual, of course, there is a need to use a manual pad like manual. If you don't want to spoil the peugeout, but if you want automatic, I have heard that Japanese vehicles have the best and worst automatic transmissions than others. I am not saying that it will not be a problem when it gets the most problem free. this is a usage-dependent process. In 2000 zero km, I bought zero km golf and even heard the transmission on the highway on the same day. A bit of luck. [/ QUOTE] text auto in my father. Corolla has 4 gear room 125 horsepower, the car passed 30 thousand did not feel once hit the bidet while our vehicles were at 110 thousand 3 thousand revolutions at 130da 3000 revolutions. it does not even feel in the gear shift when full throttle is going. but the master comfort is very weak. certain what to do dgl
where can i get this sender from ankara and get it installed? _ [/ QUOTE] Take the customer from the service or our sponsors hawk peugeot, dealing with the particle industry or something, as a result, can work together with the brain and the gearbox may cause trouble. If you take the cargo from the peugeot, you can even change it when you get the cargo.

is the service gearbox putting oil on mobile? [/ QUOTE] First of all, hello authorized services use total oil in automatic transmissions. I had an oil change in YUN Ordu BAYRAM PEUGOET. [/ QUOTE] they used to use the total before, now they went mobile and put it in their hands. but they did wrong because experienced friends say "absolutely and absolutely mobile LT 71141". Of course, this knock may pass, because the important thing is that the oil does not lose its properties when it gets hot and enough pressure is formed. this is on mobile. I think it drains the oil inside the gearbox and you put the wrong oil. then it is mobile bay. If it does it for a while after it is done again, go to the service when the engine is hot. If the oil pressure is below 2.5 bar when the oil is hot (idle), then replace the solenoids.

I will have to have an explanatory or an example in my hand. How do I think I should have followed a computer in the industry for the knock on the gearshifts before joining the forum and meanwhile, the brake liner has been changed. noticeable. Thanks

Thanks [/ QUOTE] Let's not say much reputation to this, we have much better brothers. Since the brake sensor is malfunctioning, the gearbox can work abnormally, and the problem in the gearbox can be reflected in the engine to the gearbox, since the attachment is directly connected with the engine. As for the knock. The gearbox provides gear shifts by spraying the required oil pressure thanks to two small parts called the solenoid valve or electro valve, which I mentioned to you. However, with the overheating of the vehicle, stop it, it starts to warm up because the transmission is also difficult. The oil inside the heated transmission also starts to lose its properties by heating. Since the hot oil losing its feature loses its feature while shifting in the gearbox, the required pressure cannot be produced and cannot shift into gear. |

Hello friends, it has been 3 months since I bought my car, I have minor problems in the gearbox, it knocked in the reverse gear and it was late detection up to 2 seconds, it knocked slightly from 1 to 2 while it was not working and the gear lever was not unlocked after a certain period of time while the vehicle was running. The lock opens and closes when first pressed and releases the brake, but after waiting for some idling, the lock does not open without closing and opening the contact.) I bought mobile oil for these problems first, to change, the master said, let's change the solenoids, when I said that the factory is wearing it, I changed the oil with solenoids. The first 2 days were not bad knock decreased, reverse gear detection continued as it was. 2 days later, the knocks in the gearshifts started again, oil leakage came to my mind, I cleaned the gear around with lining spray, after the oil and solenoids changed, when I looked at the gearbox, the hull connection at the bottom was slightly oiled and when I looked from the front, the right side of the gearbox was slightly oiled, I took it to the master. "This leak is not at a level to affect these troubles," he said. In Malatya, I did not find one man who understood the automatic transmission, I was amazed at what I would do, including the service, and I was so disgusted with the pug, no matter how disgusted a vehicle was.

Hello friends, I read all the messages one by one.I have similar problems with my problem but I think there is no solution. My car was 307 SW OV Pack of 2003 model, it was 152 thousand km when I bought the car in February 2011. It was constantly giving automatic gear malfunction and improved when pulled aside, stopped and restarted. I overcome the solution of this problem by getting ideas from similar topics in this forum by changing solenoids. I replaced the solenoids at the authorized service. And as far as I learned, a red oil was used as oil. I learned that it is a yellow oil that should be. Anyway. After replacing the selenoids, I used it for 19,000 km without any problems (except for the frequent problem caused by overheating). For the last 1 km, I have a problem like this; Shift gears (especially when the engine and transmission are cold in the morning, the transition from 1 to 2 It was extremely hard, and when I was going to stop at the red light, the gear dips were also jerky enough to cause 4-3-2 discomfort. It is a bit difficult to take off and when I shift into 2nd gear, when I get on the throttle at 1/2, the rustling is accompanied by a "fshshshsh" sound. When it goes to 2/2, this "fshshshsh" sound goes away and goes back to 3 - 4 without any problem. For example, when I am going to enter a street, the speed will decrease and the gear shifts 3-2. When I turn back onto the street and load on the gas again (the gear is going to be 1/2), the same "fush-shh" sounds again. After 2/2, it goes smoothly again. I went to a master in the industry and changed the transmission oil. A jet black oil came out. Mobil brand is an oil-laid master. First he drained all the oil from the gearbox, put 3 liters of oil and started the car. applied pressure to the transmission, stopped the car and added 1 liter of oil. In other words, we put a total of 4 liters of oil into the gearbox. Apart from that, we also changed the spark plugs, the Bosch brand was original. I bought the car, the gear changes were noticeably soft. The transitions were very serial, but when we put the car in gear, that rustling from the bottom and 1/2. That "fshhshsh" sound in gear still continues. We haven't connected the car to the computer yet. Monday I will connect it to the computer and read the error codes. Also, I think it is worth noting that when I put the car in gear on a fairly steep hill and release the brake, it does not slip back. The car is hung as if it wants to go forward.Which roads should I follow? if necessary, I will change again) Cleans the throat butterfly (what exactly is this) Check the excess oil (put 4 liters of oil, I think it was too much) The hydraulic block will be cleaned (I will) Change the brake sensor (I will change) I will come across the master on Monday with this list. What would you recommend additionally?
this gear jumping event came 2 times, two days ago, the car was overheated by the intercity stop, even my feet were on fire, it happened during the heat of the engine 2 days ago, the car was full, there were 6 people, I did not load it, I had never encountered a problem like this before. any friends who solved [/ QUOTE] Hodja how did you solve this event? Or have you solved it? In my 2004 307 SW, when the temperature rises, stop, the gear becomes idle for a moment. (There is no problem when the engine temperature is below 90 degrees.) Would it be a solution to change transmission oil? Or is there another problem? |

13 months ago, I changed valves and oil in the lagoon. The brake switch and spark plugs had changed in those months. When the weather had cooled, it started to knock again. In the morning, after 4_5km, it gives automatic gear fault error. No problem when the engine gets warm. I do not want to give 500 TL to the service every 10000 km. I will try to get rid of the brake sensor again as soon as possible. I hope it is very annoying.

The transmission ecu is recording an error when the Automatic gear fault is displayed. It is necessary to connect with PP2000 and see what the error is. Maybe there may be another minor problem. |
