I came exactly to open the same topic, my vehicle has been in me for 1.5 years, the event that happened to me once a week until 1 week ago, it says to me the third time, automatic gear fault hits the vehicle suddenly and snow mode and sports mode lights are on, stop the vehicle and stop again when it starts running, it also starts to miss the vehicle on the slopes that it normally does not miss back, do you think our time to sell the vehicle is approaching ...

last week I had the pc pressed to be 2.7 but the first time in my car 2.4 when it is loaded with a bit of gas, it goes up to 2.7 and above only if we change the oil, would the problem be solved?

The common problem of both of you is Selonoid alone, your transmission oil is absolutely and absolutely MOBILE LT71141, master this is good, let's put it, we always use the following brand oil, do not heed the rumors as if there were no complaints. if it is going to cost 450-500 TL, go early and let the gearbox cool down, the hydraulic unit is not dismantled while it is hot. |

[QUOTE = GANDALF] last week I had the pc pressed to be 2.7 but the first time in my car is 2.4 when it is loaded with a bit of gas, it goes up to 2.7 and above. [/ QUOTE] yes your problem is solenoid. Normally, the oil pressure should be at least 2.5 in rolent, if it drops below this, the vehicle that changes gear with oil pressure cannot change gear because it does not have pressure, it hits when it finds pressure, and it does not hit the series due to the pressure rising to the gas. For example, if you are moving slowly by pressing the gas slowly, you will hit the gear because the pressure is low, but if you lift it with performance, you do not hit because you press the gas more and the pressure rises. the source of this may be due to excessive hitting, rising temperature and losing the feature of the oil, so the oil change is not done first. mobile LT71141 will definitely be used. If the pressure is still not between 2.5 and 3.5, that is, the problem can be solved by solenoid replacement. This is seen in most peugeot since the old type solenoid is on the al4 automatic transmissions in the peugeot, but the problem disappears when the new type of solenoid is changed. "Monur" nickname is fixed with experience thanks to our brother. respects.

Don't make friends, it's not a solenoid. Look at the frequent traffic and ramp exits. It climbs very high. When the temperature is 100 degrees, for example, the transmission oil is around 110 degrees. The heated oil cannot do its job. The gearbox locks itself automatically for protection purposes. I made a revision, changed the solenoids and changed the gearbox oil 2 times. I still have the problem you described. Let me squeeze the car a little bit, I am experiencing the same thing as in a friend's vehicle when going up a traffic or ramp. Depending on the temperature, the gearbox oil warms up and protects the electronic circuit. If we find a solution to this now, we will act beneficially for everyone. Treatment of the disease goes through the correct diagnosis. Respects.....

[/ QUOTE] When the vehicle's temperature is 100, the oil of the transmission increases up to 130-140. the heated oil loses its property. I guess you are either not using the right oil or revising and come across a master who just cleaned and refitted the solenoids. because I solved this problem and always went to the street traffic of bostanci where I did it, I got up and stopped without any problems.

Ankara Şaşmaza Authorized Service has done the revision. The solenoids changed before my eyes with new ones. We have made 100 km connected to the computer, while the engine water temperature is 100, the gearbox oil temperature is always above 10 degrees. If it exceeds 110 degrees, it says there is risk and locks.

All inputs and maintenance was at the authorized service. Their warranties still continue. Transmission oil was put on mobile. All the ideas I have created with experience will tell you this situation very well. I say not to pay too much. The problem is that the cooling water, the radiator, is small.

[/ QUOTE] I agree, if you say it is already happening in the meantime, I agree, but if it happens often, the parts become inoperable as a result of roasting the electro valves. In normal conditions, the only problem level that increases the gearbox temperature is that it is not fully adjusted. The electro valves produced by the defined Borg Warner factory have also been revised to operate at the temperatures you mentioned. At the same time, the temperature of the switching of the gearbox is increased to a higher level. My vehicle was also having the same troubles, I changed the hydraulic unit to solve the work radically, and the result is not the slightest knock even in the most congested traffic. . Did you clean the hydraulic unit when you revised it? or did they change it?

The block was cleaned and installed. I will call and learn the brand of electro valves from the authorized service tomorrow. We did the block test and found the block and cleaned and installed it because there was no problem in the block of my vehicle. |
