307 starting problem - 307

I have a 307 1.6 triptronic vehicle, my problem is that 3 months ago my car wasn't getting started, I first changed the battery, the problem was not resolved, then I took it to an electrician master, I changed the starter automaton and the coals, the car was fixed, there was no problem, but it took 3 months, when I turn my car starter all these days the lights go out, the vehicle takes a very difficult start, it seems like something is turning, the vehicle gets a starter, I measured the battery current, there is absolutely no problem in the battery, I used the vehicle in this way, there is also a LPG in the vehicle, 1 week ago, the vehicle was 100 km or so. I used it, now the vehicle gets the starter smoothly, but with a disturbing sound, now my questions are;

1- Is the problem in the starter motor? coal and starter automatic changed, is there a problem with gears?
2- After starting the vehicle at 100 km gasoline, direct starting indicates that the problem is in the injection system or in another place other than the starter motor?

3- The vehicle anthem is buying right now, it does not have any difficulties, but it gets a very uncomfortable usual anthem, and what could be the reason for this? What should I do? I am waiting for your help in this regard. Cry
