307 sound system

My car 2004 model 1.6 petrol 307 ... 4 months ago I had my amplifier and woofer connected to my vehicle and reset the battery (after 4 months ) I took it again and said that they did not connect to the contact where I had it connected, but already peugeot and citroen said the line was not coming from the contact, the tape connected to another cable. It goes from a 12 volt battery.I think it will be like a very long time for 3 minutes.I think the battery is wrong.

Note: No problem in the amphitheater was tested.
