307 sound issues

Hello everybody, good luck ramadan peugeot 307 arcim sounds like a dog crying. It doesn't always come, but when it comes it makes the man laugh. I even looked under the car for a few times because there was a dog but there was not. I would appreciate if anyone knows

Does the sound diminish and reproduce when the headlights flash or turn the steering wheel where it is?
