I am thinking of having a steel rim on my vehicle, there are now 195.65.15 tires and 15 inch wheels. however, in the forum, each rim was recommended to change 16 tires, even 17. Well, isn't there any harm to the vehicle?

The fuel decreases a bit in the increased traction, and when the rim grows, you have to lower the tire thickness, which lowers your comfort, and the suspension of the vehicle feels even harder.

Because doing something like that does not make sense at all, it will hurt in the long run.

Of course, you can tire the vehicle according to the 17 "rim weight, which is reflected in the fuel. |

As the cheek gets smaller .. the rim gets bigger, the sound and the vibration increases. The matter of taste.

I think either the original or 1 big rim and 1 thin on the tire

my opinion for peugeot is the original sheet metal rim 14 is ideal, but if steel is involved, 15 is very comfortable for 206s, 16 is enough to stop the sport, but 17 why do not I understand it, it stops like a mountain cat :) but the original 16 o peugeot rims don't have the delight rc rims

[QUOTE = haakaannn] I had some browsing on the forum pages, I'm confused I am thinking of having a steel rim on my vehicle, there are now 195.65.15 tires and 15 inch wheels. however, in the forum, each rim was recommended to change 16 tires, even 17. Well, isn't there any harm to the vehicle? [/ QUOTE] I am currently using 18 ''. 225/40/18 I did not feel the negative situation in terms of fuel and performance. While my average fuel average of 14000 km was 7.7, Currently, the average of the last 9500 km is 7.8 (I have used the rims for the last 5000 km.) a large rim, a little stretchy narrow sidewall tire, a wide base vehicle will tire. But not enough to be afraid. there are even minor differences that cannot be felt. |
