My teacher had the same problem in my 307, water was constantly diminishing, we put antifreeze on the car.

If there is oil in the water, it will probably get better if the top cover gasket changes. Nuisance if it doesn't improve. Also, it takes about 1 year to completely clean the remaining oil.
