307 rear wiper hovers

I have not used any back since the person, I wiped the rear wiper, once it passed and when it came to the stop point, it did not stop and went up to 4 cm back up.

After wiping the area that should be erased and coming back, it goes up to 4 cm again. Otherwise, after it is deleted, it stops 4 cm.
