307 Rapier Dipped Headlights.

Tonight I started the after-work vehicle and burned the headlights. The dipped headlights turned off as soon as they turned on. No problem with high beam and parking lights. I noticed that the right headlight did not light up the day before and I managed to fix it if I did not understand at all. (I tried very hard.) I mean, may I have the fuses blown?

If both are not lit, it is insured. Possibly, both of them cut the bulbs.
