307 radio problem

Hello everyone. I bought 307 hdi comfort model about 1 week ago. however, the radio sound goes and goes. Meanwhile, when the sound goes, I can see the radio frequency and the messages sent by the radio (eg fasten your seat belt etc.). however, today I have never seen my radio related section on the screen. I try to turn on and off from the volume button, but there are no signs of the radio, and the menu and other function buttons do not work either. I am a newbie of the car.
