actually I suspect the pulley but the sound is not from that side but the middle part, that is, the place where the spark plugs are located or the bottom of it. as it comes from all sides

I have a few questions to solve the problem;

1. Have you checked the engine oil level, brake hydraulic oil level, coolant level, and steering fluid level? If not, can you check it and write down the results?
2. Turn on your headlights and turn the steering wheel fully to one side. Does your headlamp become stuck when it reaches its end? Is there a problem with your vehicle, like any other electronic device not working properly or working by its head?
