307 pistons

my car 307 xt gasoline 2005 model ... recently piston rings and valves have changed ... after changing the traction problem and pistons burning problem occurred. The lid was opened today, the master said that the direction of the pistons was wrong, and that this could be a factor ... there are small arrows on the piston, they are looking at the left front fender and said they are inverted and should be towards the right front fender. Do you have any friends with knowledge on this subject? is this a factor?
