307 Parking Sensor Help! - 307

Dear PTF members. I had a minor accident about 2 weeks ago; The vehicle from behind hit my car. When the other vehicle's bumper opened, the headlight was broken or something, our parking sensor looked crooked. Anyway, we said get well with it, we did not dwell on it. But today, when I looked back, the sensor crowed full, it turns out that our sensor fled into the bumper thoroughly.

Now the topic I want help with is; I did not know if I would say stamps, gaskets or sockets to fix this sensor, but it is broken and where can I find it.
