Hello friends. I need help on an issue I cannot solve. My vehicle is 2002 307 xr 1.6 110 hp. Last week, I noticed that the temperature on the highway was over 90 and not falling. There were 90 -95 fluctuations, but especially when it went above 4000 revolutions, it was stuck as if it was fixed. Since it was already close, I came home without forcing the heat in this range. 2 stages of the fan were working very stable, I could not see any problem such as water reduction, boiling, etc. I set out to return to Samsun in the morning. The distance between the highway and the house is about 20 km. The heat was still playing between 90-95. (By the way, I had read in the forum before, the line after 90 had written 95, someone said 95 for it) When I got on the highway, this time I saw that it was slowly rising on the highway, I pulled it to the right, again there is no decrease in water. Just then, there was a sound, the fan stopped, it did not work again. I called the tow truck and took it to a peugeot service in Mersin so that I wouldn't take any risks. We changed the fan resistance, the fan improved. But the temperature did not decrease again. We disassembled the thermostat that way I came to samsuna. We installed a thermostat 2 days ago in Samsun. I tried it for 2 to 3 hours in inner city and out of town. I used it without any problem if the temperature in the city is around 90 and outside the city is under 90. It was fixed at 95 for 10 15 minutes as if it was installed again in urban use today. I have the vehicle for about 1 and a half years, and until last week, I have always driven around 90, if I have not been stuck in a very, very intense urban traffic on a long road without seeing 95 and above in heat. It bothers me. Frankly, I don't want to sell without solving the problem. I would be glad if anyone who has a similar problem can enlighten them for a solution. Have a good day.

check the fan cables of the vehicle and have the switch checked, I say, I had the same problem, I changed the fan cable, if it comes to 40tl or 95e or something, it immediately falls off, after turning on the big fan, the vehicle goes with a small fan of 95 and then goes to the big fan. have a nice trip.
