307 oil and water decrease - 307

I am no stranger to Peugeota. I got my 3 cars 2 months ago. After I bought the vehicle, I put it into maintenance just in case of mechanical issues. Oil and water filters were changed. The vehicle was installed in 133 thousand 2004 model 307. LPG and 117 thousand more.

Known quarantine etc. I have not been using the vehicle for a long time. I realized that oil was flowing the other day. When I checked it, I saw that oil and water decreased. There is no interference with each other. I built 2000 km in total and most are long roads.

There are many different comments about the reason. Can you help if there are friends who have experience? There is an open air filter in the vehicle, can that be the reason? I don't remember the oil number, but could it be fine?

Could it be because of LPG installation that both oil and water loss problems are together?

Good luck, may Allah not cause any trouble, could you please write the engine version of your vehicle exactly 1.6 when it comes to the problems in your vehicle? Is it 1.4? If you just put the LPG on all of the joints, see if there is any wetness in the mats under the steering wheel, if there is any leakage, the water loss is too much in the spare tank, it is emptying the tank or it is discharging 1.2 cm. It will be in the vehicle, but if there is a leak in the engine, you should find out where you missed.
