307 Low traction problem

Hello friends, I am new to you. I bought a Peugeot 307 1.4 look 16 V 90 BG car last week. I have a few problems, I would like to get an idea from you.

First of all, when my vehicle comes about 65-70 km, it wants 5th gear. The cycle is rising very beautifully and quickly, but I can't get it for speed. On the other hand, I cannot lift the vehicle without doing a very passive double clutch on departures and it seems like the vehicle will stop as if it is drowned in the gas. I have a hard time shifting gears to 1 and R. Even when passing back, the vehicle is shaking.

First of all, there is LPG in the vehicle. as if they were maintained. Of course, the 1.4 engines are small for vehicles such as 307.
