Hello friends, we have 2004 model, 107000 km, 307 1.4 XR vehicle. I haven't experienced our first peugeot vehicle since 2 months ago. While the vehicle is idling, the stop + oil warning lights are flashing and there is excessive smoke (bluish) and odor in the departures. Today I checked the dipstick, the oil level is normal. There is also a smell of gasoline in the stick 2-3 times to make sure you smelled. As far as I can research, I came across things like rich mix, burning oil, etc. but I wanted to ask experienced friends. What would be the reason? Also, can something ideal be said for the color of the oil in the stick? When I looked it was a very dark brown. Thanks in advance for your help.

If bluish smoke comes, it burns oil.

But it is not normal for a vehicle to burn oil at 107,000 km.

I understand that the oil level is high from the situation you described. throwing blue smoke means it burns fat. there may be an error in the stick. have the level checked.

When I asked a particle about the smoke, he looked at the oil and said it was low. We added 1 liter from the lid 15-20 days ago. When we first added it, the fragrance was cut in the lights for a while. it may be missing, but I don't think it will be too much.
