307 HAPPINESS

Mrb friends. Is there a humming sound coming in the 4th gear and 5th gear in the 307 1.6 gasoline vehicle? Most likely, the sound from the differential.

Does the sound come when the car is empty?

In me, no matter which gear it is in, it is heard at a speed of 50 km. Very interesting.. :)

the same has happened to me for years. It comes in all gears when it is between 70-80 km. It does not come when idle. Even if I throw it at 5, I have a sound at 4, but it does not come out idle. My master had said that it was due to the gearbox years ago, I did not have it, so I had an exhaust in order not to hear that sound.

As friends say, I don't have it idle. I suspect the differential, but it means it was a chronic problem. Is there any other 307 friends?

Take a look at the hub ball tires.

The gear is cut off when it is idle, it cannot be from the hub ball.
