307 Gear Shifts Too Hard

2004 I am using Model 307 (1.6).

I'm trying to get used to my car;)

I took a look at the forum about the issues that bothered me. I think some problems in these models are standard. Almost everyone suffers from the same troubles.

My biggest problem is that the gear changes in the vehicle are very hard. Especially until the engine warms up. Even if the wheels turn a little, it doesn't go into 1st gear. Also, it shifts in reverse and sometimes does not. So it does like the past, but it stays idle. Didn't I know?

Also, the clutch is two-stage. It's going to be very comfortable up to a place, you think I pressed it to the end, but it goes a bit more when I push it a little harder.

If not, it needs a lot of lever power to shift into the gear. If it has already taken over, what should I do? Clutch :) It goes without clutch anyway.

I am waiting for the messages of those who have experienced this problem and want to help with how it solves.
