Hello friends,
I had the complete heavy maintenance of my 30 vehicles that I just bought.
I park my facat vehicle on the sidewalk in front of the house and at first a little bit, for example, when the left front wheel was on the sidewalk, there was a sound like a roof and then when the front right wheel was on the sidewalk, there was still a sound called roof, and for the last week this sound passed through the bumps, at the end of the bump, As the falling and going up and down the sidewalk, this voices increased, the voices started to come up again and again,
I took the car to the place where I had it maintained, lifted the car on the fiber and said nothing seems, but as you mentioned, the sound came from the steering box but this answer did not satisfy me very much,
Looking at the research I have done in the forums, some mentioned that the sound came from the axle and some mentioned that it could come from the z-track,
IF YOU HAVE ANY TRAILER SUBSCRIBING THE SAME PROBLEM OR WILL ANY KNOWLEDGE BE A HELP FOR FINDING THE FAULT FAILURE WITHOUT BLOCKING A TRIAL?

The same thing happened to me when I was driving a test with a vehicle I was thinking of buying recently. As they took the left side to the low sidewalk, there were voices that would crack. While looking at what is the generation, a 7-8 cm crack detection that is very difficult to see on the upper edge of the left fender, which is bakelite. As you climb the pavement, the fender flexes and the crack sounds.

don't have the problem, you don't have those master bumps that are loaded into the steering box ... unfortunately you will solve the sound you described by trial and error, starting with the cheapest parts that can make sound. or you will wait for the problem to be completely intrusive. I write these suggestions considering that it is unlikely to find a master who can shoot a spot. My humble advice is to do a more detailed investigation of z rods bend iron rod tires and axles. On the other hand, that sound can come from the front layout from all parts.

In fact, I have a 1-2 cm crack in the right fender, but I don't think that much sound will come from there.
but I will still review it.

I do not know exactly how to tell but as if something is breaking, it is cracking, it has been increased recently.

yes it sounded a bit more logical, these shock absorber top plates but the master never got there)
because now it comes when passing through the bumps

my friend is coming from the front right, he is making it on vibrating roads, you can hear the sound of the vehicle by pulling the tires from the fender and click it down. I will look at it and change :)

To try to tape the crack part of the mudguard with duct tape and go to the pavement again.

If it is a click or a knock is ok but I do not know how to make it ROOF, but imagine if you can imagine a sound like tomorrow (today) if you can guess it is a tomorrow (today) construction. no expense much

The same problem is in me, the master said that the sound has nothing to do with ten teams and mechanics. I wonder if I can make a lower enclosure or a hood to try to solve it. As you said, I do not understand that it does not look like in the mudguards.

The subject is a little ghoulish, but I think it's from a anti-roll bar tire.

If my brother thinks that the trouble is coming from the undercarriage, then go to the rot balancer.

Hello, my car is 1.6 hdi 407 and I have the same crackling. When I turn the steering wheel while the vehicle is at a standstill, I hear the same crackles on the stand and go. When I took it to the service, I first got the answer "There is nothing." and when we insisted we realized that the sound came from the sheet (crankcase guard). Since my vehicle has a long nose, there is an additional impact box connection attached with 4 bolts in total. these bolts were loosened and re-tightened, and the problem disappeared. whatever wisdom, the voice repeated 2 weeks later. I'm still driving with those sounds. My prediction is not related to rod or shock absorbers. If anyone solves the problem, please share it. If I solve it, I will share it. thanks.

slm friends for the same problem today I said that the clothing industry has changed the shock absorber on the bearing and the breket changed okay left and right changed changed the damper handle, whatever they said, the end of the work went out the same sound again, they went again, they lifted up, they said the lift, they said the steering box or the shock absorber, but probably the steering wheel They said that the box will be revised. At that time, I saw an estimated 200 gram stone between the motor casing and the gearbox. I was shocked. I was shocked just as we got there. they said there is a depreciation, but they said the problem is full, let's see

I have heard that voice for 3 years and there is no isolation that I haven't done. I changed the Z-rods and the anti-roll bar to make any difference. I am very clear now that it comes from shock absorber chocks and balls. Even when I am spinning, I hear the sounds of balls. It does not have great stretches. I am only on bad asphalt and stone roads. In other words, a sound made in small stretches. In order to come from the Z rods, the vehicle needs to be flexed sideways in the bends. Also pay attention to this. If it comes from the left and right corners of the chest, this sound is definitely the place I mentioned. Because the shock absorber towers are right there. I will do this at the first opportunity 250tl. It costs around.

I wrote before, grandfather was on the roof set, we have a sports bow, I had his lower part hitting the shock absorber, after the high flexing, we cut a short piece of water from the water hose and put it on the bottom helix.
