Project Name: || 307 Fan Impeller RepairProject Maker: || Fexzi Made Vehicle Brand / model / year: || Peugeot 307 2004 Project Location: || Mechanical, Cooling system Materials Used: || Necessary tools, voltmeter for the consumer. Recognition of malfunction: As in many vehicles, when the engine temperature is at upper levels, the word High Engine Temprature appears on the screen, I was noticed by the intense heat coming out of the feet and the temperature of 120 degrees, I was immediately noticed and stopped. There is but no fan sound, the switch is not working but it is not working, after checking the places such as fuse etc. I saw that the propeller was not in place by separating the front bumper halfway from the body and I started repairing, there are pictures in stages. I wanted to share it with you, although technical support was received (except for our lathe brother). In the first picture, the propeller is not in the buffer, we started by removing the tamon, we took the sockets of the module to which the propeller was attached, we saw that the small screw holding the fan was broken in it and the propeller was blown out, after screwing the screw with a thin crochet hook in the screwdriver, open a new viy and called the machine screw. We installed the propeller with n black suitable size screw, I saved my car from the trouble of burning gasket :)
