My car peugeot 307 2006 model 1.4 comfort petrol + lpg li. Before starting, when the engine is in start position, there is a sound called "outside". Also, when I started my car for the first time in the morning, a loud noise called ciuvv came and it works. It's like he's ripping things up. The sound you referred to as ciuvv comes from the starter motor. I do not know which one is because you have long pressed the starter or the starter motor gear is stripped. I am not so professional. I have not heard about the other sound for the first time.
