friends, these 307's doors are closing very hard, I heard that the door wicks were passed through the hoses. Does the same apply to these?

There was an apparatus in passat so we need something like this so that it doesn't hit hard

The hose event has nothing to do with ford. Those who want to make sound insulation in most vehicles do this kind of thing. If you are going to use hoses for insulation, I recommend the serum hoses, this is almost the most flexible hose made of material.

The same problem - chronically - is in my 307. I did a lot of work. I did a lot of research. Wicks - at least for my doors - are the parts that have the least noise effect. Although I did change, there was a very little change of voice. Of course, I kept looking. I noticed that the lock assembly made the most sound. It was a very disturbing sound when I closed the door by keeping the door lock open from the outside. (Still not very good, of course)

- Firstly, I lubricated the lock assembly and tensioners with spray lubricant.
- I put a spongy insulation material so that the lock strikes are not too thick, and I wrapped it so as not to thicken it with electrical tape.
- The slats outside the door stood loose. They were shaking when they closed. I fixed them.

The result is still far below what I expected. But it is very very good compared to the old one. Of course, it does not even pass the back-closing sound of the rear doors. Especially they are not at a level to compare with German cars. If you are expecting that level of sound, if not, don't worry if you are going to wear it. Smile Because even if we reset the doors completely, it is almost impossible to catch that sound.

In addition, when the windows are open, especially to the end, the sound of the doors becomes unbearable. The reason for this is said to be the loss of the sponge's feature, which prevents the glass from shaking. He plans to remove the door trims on a day when the weather is nice and I have free time. If I can make it better I will rewrite it.

I have the same problem in 307, I went to the body shop, there are adhesives so that they do not make sound inside the doors in order to paint the marsies. If those doors are closed as full, our fairy tale cars will be mercedes. We get on the best cars. Accidental trouble

yes, it gets better as you deal with it but i wish it would have been nice if it were made during the fabrication phase
