307 digital air conditioner problem

While friends air-conditioner is on, & nbsp; & nbsp; cold air comes from the air vents on the driver's side and hot air comes from the air vents on the passenger side. I have reviewed the manuals of the booklets quite a lot, because the air conditioner does not have a double zone control feature or whatever I did & nbsp; did not. Does anyone know about this? Even if the air conditioner is turned off, hot air continues to come & nbsp;. I have to keep the knob shutting off completely
