In most of Peugeot's old models, I know that the on-board computer is in the middle.

It has a 307 GPS module and even our 206 GPS module for those sold in Europe :)

I think you are asking how do I change the display mode, not the screen change. There is a `` mode '' next to the volume key on the tape. Pressing it changes the display patterns on the middle screen. I am not close to the vehicle at the moment, I can not try, but as far as I remember, it was done in this way.
