Hello,

2005 I have a 307 Gasoline Clutch especially the first 10 km is very hard but sometimes it is normal warmed up no problem or rarely there is a hardness at the last press. Gear shifts are perfectly normal, but are struggling when shifting from large to small. Does anyone have an idea ? I asked the mechanic, he said that it might be related to hydraulics without seeing the car.

Sounds to me like a clutch ball. How many thousand km is your car? If the lining on it has reached 140-150 thousand km, it is already near the end of its life. With clutch ball and lining replacement, you will solve your problem.
