307 cd changer does not work

good day 9 months ago i bought 307 1.6 hdi there is a cd changer in the car but it does not work in any way, even the keys do not light up, the radio is working normally, what could be the problem, i have encountered something like this before, or do you have insurance of this cd changer, i would be glad if you helped .

Are you talking about 5 CDs, teacher, if you are talking about it, they pulled the plug because it is bad.

Look at the section where all of the cables such as opening and closing of the trunk and the lamp go through all of them, because there is a disconnection because the cables are so tight that mine is solved.
