307 CC sunroof problem

I just joined your new 307cc 1.6. I have a 2005 model vehicle. I live in kktc. my car first 2 days without question. it was hurting and closing but it was hurting slowly and squeaking

While opening today, the rear trunk has been lifted

The sound on the rear engine was low, the ignition was turned off, I acted a little further back, the sound was so low that I acted so.

When closing, the luggage got up again, but the sound was hoarse and it was very difficult.
