307 Can you help breakdowns?

We bought our 2006 model 307 1.4 vehicle 2 months ago.

-Antipollution fault warning started to burn, the service stated that it could not be avoided because of the gas system, but the master burns once or twice, then there is no problem.
-A complaint that came 10 minutes ago, my family went to the golden light and my father said that the air conditioner smelled constantly from the air conditioner, and the gasoline was exhausted again.
