There was some sound with our 307's original discs and pads. Now I use Bosch disc and Riw`s ceramic linings, they are worn enough. These also have a slight dosage of sound, and passes when the pressure increases or decreases. Not so much but it makes that sound in the most commonly used dosage. I do not wear it anymore because it comes even in the original, I got used to it. If you don't have too much, I would say don't wear it.
