307 Bi-xenon d1s bulb recommendation

I had my bi-xenon system built about 4 months ago. I am very pleased with the headlights in both its long and short lighting. However, I can't throw a selector when the headlights are off because the xenons on it are normal h7 xenon, so we set the wires so that the headlamps don't throw off when the headlights are off.

Now I want to ask, can I have my 2004 peugeot 307 car fitted with a d1s bulb? And I think the color closest to the color of the audi-mercedes-bmw headlights we know is 4300k. Is it possible to get this done? Or do you have a ballast suggestion so that I can minimize the warm-up time of the headlights and connect the selector wires in that way? Thanks
