307 automatic headlight does not light up anymore

Good day, friends, I guess this automatic headlight has something like a strange shut-off code. my problem is that i gave it to wash the water tool i guess they had a bit of tampering my headlights are not on when i am in auto mode: if i dont code, i will go to the electrician i will check if the sensor is broken.
