aux input; mobile phone is used to connect things like mp3 player. So if you connect the mp3 player to the aux input, you will get the sound of the parts playing on the mp3 player from the auto columns. so it has nothing to do with the amp. There are amp outputs on the back of the auto tape connects to them.
