I had the same problem when I removed the battery. you need to reset the windows and sunroof

Lower the windows fully and then press the buttons for 5-6 seconds. Then lift the windows completely and press the lift button for 5-6 seconds, then the windows are reset.

For sunroof, keep the button you pressed in while turning it on and off will be reset.

then open the windows and go down the doors, the mass windows and the sunroof will close.

important reminder for those who do not know. Either when you lock the door, the glasses are closed after a longer pressure or if we do not pull our hands when we lock the doors, the windows will close. once a short press is locked, the windows do not close.
