307 Airbag Warning - 307

The airbag lamp of my 2006 307 vehicle is on. Two cables were cut from the socket under the front right seat. When I look at the seat belt, a resistance etc. I did not see the front torpedo does not appear to have a coating. Why could this be? How to extinguish? Why did they cut the cables? The problem with the seat is that the airbag installation cables are at the bottom of the seat slide rails, causing damage due to moving back and forth, either cutting the cable or causing a short circuit.
