I opened a topic because I could not find a topic in the forum about this topic. This is a kind of chronic 307 problem, I found the source from a foreign friend who shared DIY (do it yourself). As for the problem, the switch that controls the fan level of the 2003 307 manual air conditioner does not work. That is, the fan does not work for heating or cooling (none of the 4 stages work). The reason for this is a resistor that is located at the back of the torpedo and does not appear without pressing the button placed to circulate the air while the vehicle is running. This friend expands his connector by warming up over time or doing an arc. Thus, the fan motor cannot be contacted. Has anyone among you found this problem and found a solution? He repeated it 2-3 times. I secure the connector feet to maintain contact, but after 1 week or due to use, it again disconnects and disconnects. They made an additional connector for this in the e-bay or something, but since the price is not known for their own country, they sell the vehicle and the parts to their domestic goods.

The blog of the friend who shared the problem I found:

this is the resistor and the connector they provide for repair:

I would be glad if anyone can find a solution to this or can find it from this connector and if it helps ...

This is the resistance of manual air conditioners. I guessed, but I was not sure that those who want to disassemble it or authorized services disassemble the torpedo. Now things are intense either I do it myself or give it to the service. I hope it works for everyone.

researched and found the solution hakann286 friend tsk. I would.
