307 Air conditioner does not cool - 307

I have 2002 Model XR 307 guys. the air conditioner does not cool.

I went to an electrician today and he said to me

He says there is no problem in air conditioning compressor and gas.

It says there is no chip inside the key and the immobilizer in the car is disabled, says canceled.

it says no electricity from the brain to the air conditioner.

He says he does not activate the air conditioner because there is no immobilizer.

It says that the car is working without the brain, which is also inside the key of the car.

I know what the engine might be a problem. He says that there will be an expense varying between 200 TL and 800 TL.

I said I will give you 800 TL, go to the service and give it there, and I left.

Can this help with knowledge of the cult?

In the past, if there is no problem in compressor and gas, there is no reason why it does not work, in fact, if the foam pump is already running when the air conditioner is activated, heating and cooling takes place.
