307 1.4 HDI OIL SELECTION HELP

Hello everyone, with my 2005 1.4 HDİ 307 that we started our journey at 159.950 km, we have now reached 208 thousand km. Well, it's time for an oil change. Total 5w30 ineo ecs oil has been added to the vehicle for 5 years. When we reach 8 thousand km between two maintenance in the vehicle, a decrease in oil starts and I have to enter before 10 thousand km. I'm going to ask, what if I put 5w40 instead of 5w30 in this vehicle? Where are the requirements that 1.4 hdi wants written, I couldn't find it on the internet.
