307 1.6 16v Performance

When I dip the gas, the power accelerates in a way that comes and goes and I cannot get the performance I want. Today maintenance was done I removed and cleaned the oil, filters, brake pads and the throat throttle. I have replaced the spark plugs in order to eliminate this performance problem, but it only contributed a bit more power when power came on, but this problem of not going away continues. What do you think could be as if someone is constantly pushing from behind? The vehicle has LPG.
