Friends 307 1.4 HDi gives "TOP UP ENGINE COOLANT LEVEL" warning when the engine is cold while running in the morning, the stop light flashes 3 times but the interesting part of the job is not giving this warning when the car is hot Does anyone have any idea about this issue?

Be careful when it is hot because there is more engine coolant than cold, it is not very interesting in the chamber. As you can see, you need to add coolant (antifreeze etc.) brother :) But again, the masters of the work will give more detailed information on the subject :)

I guess you have checked the water level when the engine is cold and giving this warning. What are the results of these observations? Is there a decrease in cooling water?
