Hello friends, I just bought the car and I am new to the forum. My name is Murat and I live in Eskişehir and I am 33 years old. Let me explain my problem as follows; I bought a 2002 model 1.4 HDI 307 manual 1 month ago. As soon as I bought it, the timing belt, pressure plate, thermostat and V-belt of the car were changed. After these procedures, the vehicle started to stall and the fault light came on. When I connected it to the computer, it showed a wiring fault for all 4 injectors. We deleted the fault and it gave again. This time, we deleted it for 1 and 3. When it gave a different error each time for 2 and 4, we were told that there might be a problem with the electrical system. When I played with the wiring, we saw that it stalled. I went to an electrician and the entire engine wiring was overhauled. The dynamo was overhauled. When I saw that the fuse panel had been repaired before, we replaced that too. I bought the vehicle and there is no problem. I got in for 2 days and then set off. After 600 km, it stalled on the road. In the previous stalls, when I started it a few times, I was able to drive despite the fault light. When this stalls, I start it and it stops. I start it again and it seems to be idling. It stalls and stops. When I start it again, it works. When I give it gas, it stops. Since I was somewhere on the road, it was a bit difficult to reach the mechanic. Thankfully, he came and looked and found that it had an injector fault again. He disassembled the vehicle to check the fuel. Diesel is coming from where the hand pump is on the left of the engine. He disassembled the injector side. There is no diesel. He took the vehicle to the shop, cleaned the filter and let the air out, pressed it, it worked normally, when I gave gas it went away again and stalled. They are trying to find a solution now but they couldn't find a solution. Has anyone had this happen to them? I can't find a solution. It's been a long time but I wanted to tell what was done so that it can be noticed if something is missed. Thank you in advance for your help.

It might be the fuel pump. This happened to me twice for different reasons. First, the fuel pump had an electrical fault. It would stall for no apparent reason while driving, then start a couple of times and then never start again. The reason was that the fuse for the fuel pump blew the last time it stalled. The other stalling incident was also electrical, but I couldn't quite figure it out. The car would idle, hold the clutch in, and then stall when I put it in gear. It would stall in 1st and 3rd gears, without any jolts, as if the ignition had been turned off. An electrician found the solution. They said it was grounding in the electrical system at the rear of the engine. I think you should take this stalling issue to an electrician.

Thanks for the information, problem solved. Let me explain what happened to you. The problem I've been dealing with for 3 months is a chronic problem in the Peugeot, Citroen, and Fiat group. It's been encountered in Peugeot, Citroen, C3, Fiat, and Fiorino, but it mostly happens to the 307. It's a problem related to the insulation and laying of the material used in the vehicle, and the end of its life. Problems occur due to the cables in the main engine electrical system getting stale and coming into contact with each other over time. In my car, the injector cables were fused together, and other cables were also imminent. My car's problem appeared after heavy maintenance. The timing belt pressure was changed, etc., while doing these, it inevitably makes things move. When disassembling the transmission, there are cables, etc., which are removed right next to the main chassis cable, etc. Fortunately, the problem has been solved. Any ideas for what you're experiencing? May God bless you.
Thanks for the information, problem solved..Let me explain for those who have experienced it. The problem I have been dealing with for 3 months is a chronic fault in the Peugeot Citroen Fiat group. It has been encountered in Peugeot, 307, Citroen, C3, Fiatta, Fiorino but mostly it occurs in 307. It is a fault related to the expiration of the life of the material used in the vehicle related to the insulation and laying location in the vehicle. Malfunctions occur due to the cables in the main engine electrical system getting stale and contacting each other over time. In my car, the injector cables were fused together and the other cables were imminent. The fault in my car appeared after heavy maintenance. The timing belt etc. was changed. While doing these, it inevitably tightens and moves some parts. When disassembling the gearbox, there are cables etc. that are disconnected right next to the main chassis cable etc. Thankfully, the problem has been solved. I hope you have an idea about what happened to you. You are in God's hands.
I am glad that your problem has been solved, sir. Thank you for your feedback and information.
