(39,53LT / 535km) When calculated with x100, 7,39 liters of fuel consumption per 100 km ... Too much to increase with its usage! The consumption of our 1.6HDI 90HP 307 at 100 km outside of the city (usually in the range of 90-130 km / h ) has always been between 3.3 and 4.5LT. If the result does not change when you change the location of the diesel and measure it again, it becomes clear that there is a problem in your vehicle.

Teacher, maybe the same problem with my 307 1.4 HDi vehicle is the same problem in your vehicle, let me tell you how I got it. The average of my vehicle was burning 6.9 seconds seriously and we realized that it was missing diesel when we removed it to check the injectors. After cleaning, drying and operating the injector area, we found that the diesel was missing from the return hoses and when we replaced the complete return hoses, our problem was resolved. I reset the trip computer and started off, and my average fuel consumption fell from 6.9 to 4.7, in my opinion, it will continue to decrease. It is useful to have the fuel hoses checked. orçun.dm is 2018-02-18 03:08:12

First of all, welcome to us. Our friends made the necessary comments, hodja. First, change and observe where you bought fuel, then if the problem is not resolved, there is a problem.

So did the problem go away after the change?

it was replaced before the test, although the diesel pump was changed or so, the hoses were looked after, after all the maintenance was done I wrote the heel

It is interesting that the diesel pump has been replaced rather than maintained ... The problem shown as a replacement is much more interesting!

If you are sure that there is no fuel leak in your vehicle; When installing the timing belt (timing ), there is an event called synthesis ( simultaneous rotation of the crank and eccentric ). The diesel pump also takes its action from the timing belt and has a centrifugal hole in the gear to match the timing, as well as in the eccentric gear. If it is installed incorrectly, excessive consumption may occur due to advance problem.

APPENDIX: I hope that the part you refer to as "diesel pump" is not an air purge pump (wax) located in front of the air filter , on the back of the injectors.
