307 1.4 gear problem (1 & 2 not exceeding)

Due to the cold winter days, I experienced freezing on the gear rope, I had to force the gear to open, while the gear was turned on and continuing, I got up at 3 & 4 because 1 & 2 did not pass (I had to stop and get up in heavy traffic 3/4 times) When I got up at 4 I smelled the sad smell of the pressure pad a few times.

Now we said we've got good gears freezing, but now 1 & 2 gears do not pass, it goes to 3 or 4 when pushing like a hard plastic prevents it from passing.

Possibilities & solutions that come to my mind
- I know that the gear rope is sold as a set, is the gear rope & the gear sold together with the bottom of the ball under your ball?
- I changed the printing pad 1 year ago, but may I have lost my life in 3/4 coercion? (I know that if the pressure is out of the pad, it will never shift & vibrate)
- Could the plastic parts on the bottom of the gear ball be licking? Because it was forced due to freezing.
- Is it related to the gear rope adjustment

Waiting for your experience, guys, thanks in advance.

The peugeot gear shifts are a bit harsh, and if you thin the gearbox oil and change the ropes and the mechanism, it will start softening and easy to pass.

Thank goodness there is no sound in the transmission, I hope we get over it.

I was a bit stiff, too, and I changed it last month. Our vehicles are the original 75w80 mobile, but the mobile now takes 75w for manual. 75w80 is not available yet. Anyway, there was some softening, I had not guessed that an oil would make a difference in the gears. If played with ropes, they may have been out of order soon.

The tooth that holds the rope inside the gearbox is broken, does not pass through it, we made delusions when the vehicle was 307 wasted (: the master strengthened the interior, there was no problem.
