My friends car 98 model 1.8motor 306 .. After running the car when it is cold, it gets warm slowly and after 80 degrees there is a rapid increase. I stop when the temperature rises above 100 degrees. I see that when I check the radiator it is cold. After about 1 minute, I run it again and it gets hot and heated in the radiator. This happens whenever I start the vehicle cold. Considering that the thermostat was faulty, I replaced it with a new one, but the problem still persists. I'm sure the gasket is not burnt. I'm sure it's in the water circulation. But I couldn't find the problem. I would be glad if you could help.

welcome to us it may be recirculating, but the pump's blades may not be able to rotate enough water as it fades over time. You are also using the vehicle antifreeze. the second temperature may be troublesome to the client. And the fan turns on at exactly how many degrees. If the fan turns on and cool, I think it's okay. Connect it to the device and see the water temperature digitally.

I have been using blue antifreeze for a long time. After 90 degrees, the fan turns on, but the temperature continues to increase as there is no water night to the radiator. When I stop the vehicle and start it again, the water begins to pass to the radiator and the temperature starts to decrease. I'm sure the thermostat is 83 degrees and it works .. I don't think the pump can flood. Whether it is high speed or low speed, it stays constant at 83 degrees while cruising. This volume is only when I start the car when it is cold. Then everything is normal

Well, there is no water shortage in the vehicle, did not it seem like my teacher is making air. stop the vehicle and wait for a while to get it back to normal

There is no such thing as water drop or air blow. I suspect that there is no air, but I have tried to get the air over and over again.

Could this be the case if the tube brain is blowing gas into the water? While the vehicle is at a stop, the gas left in the circuits may mix slowly with water and make air possible. But when I open the radiator cap while the vehicle is working on the tube, there is no gas smell or air bubbles.

I get it, brother. As you said, the vehicle reveals itself from the tube brain. If you feel like, there is no problem. And when it reaches 100 degrees, when I do not stop, it always stays around me.

No the warm up continues. I stopped at 110 U last night. I couldn't risk it and wait for a long time

Even if you have just changed the thermostat, the source of the problem is the thermostat because there are no other parts to prevent circulation on the radiator! If there is a problem in the circulation that provides circulation, the problem persists and there is no improvement when it stops and restarts. The thermostat, which should probably open in degrees, can reach the required position thanks to the vibration during the stop / start. Hasgör 2018-09-10 18:02:17

hello everyone i am 2000 model 306 1.6 xr automatic
I had the same problem. I thought of a thermostat.
I got the master today. The master looked at the car burnt before me.

Top cover is stoned, no cracking.
Gasket original taken
I said change my circuit. Boiled. It was removed from the edge by breaking.
Two sender were taken.
It was just bought with the thermostat socket.
The radiator went rotten. Bottled before.
The original radiator and circulation order was placed.
Red antifreeze will be added.

The temperature rises rapidly after 90 in my fault.
He stood beside him. This has happened to me twice.
I bought the vehicle from Istanbul about 20 days ago. A tow truck with Diyarbakır
I brought. I took the fan off myself, the fan turned on.
When the temperature rises, you opened the radiator cap like that ice.
My master did not buy a thermostat, he said that the circulation in the radiator does not circulate.
Besides, the radiator is already rotten

Let's see what the result will be.

Unfortunately, the cleaning of the system is also done when my teacher radiator is installed due to the indifference of the old owners and the use of the vehicle antifreeze. The water channels in the engine may have narrowed due to lime and rust. These are the reasons that can cause heat.
